Cashier Job Highlights:
- Provides a high level of customer service at the checkout;
- Accurately records customer transactions in the electronic cash register.
Cashier Job Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
Cashier, Job Schedule:
A typical full-time schedule includes day shifts, two evenings a week, and alternating weekends with a 40-hour schedule. A typical part-time schedule is a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours per week.

The physical demands described here are representative of the requirements that an employee must meet in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable arrangements can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
When filling the position, you can expect to:
- Standing and/or walking.
- Bend, twist, and squat.
- Lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
- Perform tasks that require a firm grip.
- Perform repetitive tasks that require a sequence of hand movements.
- Extend above shoulder height and below hip height.
- Use equipment, including a ladder.
