Responsibility

  • Performs general office duties, including but not limited to copying, scanning, mailing, filing, and data entry.
  • Help schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Receive and direct phone calls to relevant departments.
  • Greet and receive visitors in a professional manner.
  • Take accurate minutes of the meeting and distribute them to the relevant parties.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Collaboration on reports, presentations, and other documents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Documented experience from a similar administrative position.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
