Responsibility
- Assist in loading and unloading construction materials and equipment from trucks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks accordingly.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing and removing debris.
- Operates and maintains construction tools and equipment
- Transport and install scaffolding, ladders, and railings if necessary.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and high-quality soil to specifications.
- Help craftsmen such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with their tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Documented experience as a construction worker or similar position
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques
- Ability to operate construction tools and machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with others
- Basic knowledge of occupational safety procedures and instructions
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
