Responsibilities
- Performs all administrative duties, including data entry, filtering, and document processing.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for managers and other team members.
- Planning and organizing meetings, including taking minutes and distributing agendas
- Writing and editing letters, memos, and reports
- Assistance with trip planning, including flight, hotel, and transportation reservations
