Maya East Indian Cuisine is looking for a dedicated and reliable person to join our team as a dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, the dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining the level of cleanliness and hygiene of crockery, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and the general kitchen area.
Responsibility
- Maintain dishwasher cleanliness and hygiene by following standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all cookware and utensils.
- Load and unload the dishwasher, ensuring proper arrangement and organization of items to maximize efficiency and minimize breakage.
- Wash, clean, and disinfect all dishes, glasses, crockery, and kitchen utensils, as well as the equipment and suitable cleaning equipment.
- Ensure clean dishes, glasses, and containers are properly sorted, stacked, and stored in designated areas.
- Empty and clean trash cans, making sure trash and recycling are properly disposed of.
