Office Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time office coordinator on a 6-month contract with a global management consulting and executive search firm with offices worldwide.

This role is fully complemented by a beautiful office in Toronto’s financial district.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and experience in a fast-paced office environment as an office coordinator or corporate receptionist. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and provides effective advice and customer support.

Responsibility

Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing the mailroom, coordinating invoices, and maintaining the ergonomics and safety program. Provide daily support for the operation of the site, including receptionist coverage, visitor services, meeting setup, and lounge maintenance.

  • quick response to customer requests and positive relations with internal and external customers;
  • Monitor suppliers and facilities and coordinate preventive maintenance visits.
  • Support the consultant with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the orderly and smooth functioning of the office.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience as an office coordinator, company receptionist, or similar position.
  • Organized multitasking capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Interpersonal and communicative skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrates initiative and efficiency in the performance of tasks and activities.
